Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Grand Fleet platform (web, iOS, or Android applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Grand Fleet Logistics LLC provides a technology platform connecting passengers with licensed, professional chauffeurs operating Cadillac Escalades and Chevrolet Suburbans in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Grand Fleet is not a transportation company — drivers are independent contractors holding valid Georgia For-Hire Chauffeur Endorsements.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform
• Drivers must hold a valid Georgia For-Hire Chauffeur Endorsement and maintain a minimum rating of 4.85
• Corporate accounts must be approved by Grand Fleet before booking on net-30 terms

4. Bookings and Fares

Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle class, time of day, dynamic demand signals, applicable surcharges (airport, fuel), and any applicable convoy discounts. The fare displayed at booking confirmation is the amount you will be charged.

Grand Fleet applies a hard surge cap of 2.4x the base rate. Delegation and corporate bookings under fixed-rate contracts are exempt from surge pricing.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 30 minutes before scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 30 minutes of pickup or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equal to the minimum fare ($45). Corporate accounts on net-30 terms are subject to their contracted cancellation policy.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize Grand Fleet to charge your payment method for confirmed bookings. Corporate accounts approved for net-30 invoicing will receive monthly invoices payable within 30 days of issuance.

7. Driver Terms

Drivers using the Grand Fleet Driver App agree to:

• Maintain a valid Georgia For-Hire Chauffeur Endorsement at all times
• Operate only vehicles that are 5 years old or newer
• Maintain a rolling rating of 4.85 or above over the last 500 trips
• Accept or decline dispatch offers within the 90-second offer window
• Complete trips as booked — unauthorized route deviations may result in account suspension
• Enable GPS location sharing while the app is set to online status

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Misrepresenting identity, location, or vehicle
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
• Circumventing the platform to arrange off-platform bookings
• Providing false ratings or reviews
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

Grand Fleet is a technology platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grand Fleet Logistics LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or transportation services provided by independent contractor drivers. Grand Fleet's total liability shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
